The FB barrier connectors (universal connectors) can be used in flameproof (Ex d) and dust-excluding ignition-proof (DIP) applications.
The connector has a male thread at one end and a female thread at the other.
The connector kit includes an easy to use two part epoxy putty which is packed around the cables.
Assembling and packing the connector is a simple operation.
Ease of installation is facilitated by the swivelling action of the connector (union style).
